At Eroship, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Eroship account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
