Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International delivery times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If the fit isn't right, you can exchange it for a different size for free, or return it for a full refund minus a small restocking fee.
How do I know which size to choose?
Every product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' button. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing your results to our chart, as our curated collections may have slight variations in fit depending on the designer.
What payment methods do you accept?
Eroship accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible orders.
